  1. 3. To confirm the reservation, the client must pay 30% of the total amount of reservation. The amount of the remaining 70% will be paid on the day of the excursion to the guide in charge of the activity.

No shows

Our tours leave on time and we advise to arrive at our meeting point at least 15 minutes before your tour starts.

We understand that sometimes it’s not possible to be exactly on time and we will always wait for a few minutes (if you get in touch with us). However due to the nature of our schedule and the number of people we take each day we cannot wait forever.

We do not offer refunds for customers who miss the tour.

6. INSURANCE
